Chefs Studio 101 continues cooking amazing fare. Our next event is a “POP-UP DINNER” featuring Richard Foss, a well known restaurant critic, cook and author. He will be preparing the following menu.

Endive, Goat Cheese, Strawberry, and Balsamic Finger Salad
Shredded Celery Root Salad and Walnut Salad with Mustard Vinaigrette
Armenian Style Lamb with Pomegranate Glaze
Cumin, Coriander and Garlic Chicken
Roasted Cauliflower with Toasted Hazelnuts and Golden Raisins
Corn and Lentil Hot Side with Green Onions, Sauteed Bell Pepper and Lemon Vinaigrette
